Canary Island Date Palm

The Canary Island date palm can reach heights of 40–50 feet. Canary Island date palms generally have 8-15 foot-long rigid leaves that contain up to 200 V-shaped leaflets, some of which are modified into long, sharp spines. Canary Island date palms generally have a 2–3 foot diameter trunk and full, round canopies.
